Project Overview
Time banking is a method of spending one hour assisting another person. This time bank app aims to bridge the gap for lonely senior adults who are having a hard time keeping up with their daily tasks and passing the time.
Tasks and Requests are the two sorts of activities that make up a timebank transaction. If you have free time and think you could assist someone else, go to 'tasks.' If you need assistance, go to 'post request' and submit a request for assistance.

The Problem
Many people volunteer with various NGOs and assist senior citizens; for that, they use their time, but their time is never captured, and they also can’t use this time for the future.
The Goal
Anyone who has the time and energy to help the elderly in their time of need and devote their time to them should do so. The user's time spent will be deposited into their specific account, which they can use whenever they need it. The user is earning or saving their time to be used in the future.
Design Process
This project followed the below Design Process, which includes empathizing with users, Defining Project goals, turning an idea from concepts and brainstorming to Design, Prototype, and understanding of the project.

User Research
To have a better understanding of the users, I conducted interviews and generated empathy maps. I'm also designing for their requirements.
A primary user group identified through research was young and elderly people who are doing social work.
When users commit their leisure time to social work, they want to earn something in return.
This user group validated previous ideas about users, but the study also found that social work was not the primary constraint.
